Delivery Details
Your order will be delivered within one week of your order confirmation. This is applicable to orders within Jordan.
International orders are delivered within 30 days from order confirmation.
Our secure third party delivery service provider representative will contact you to once the order is dispatched to notify you of delivery date and time.
Delivery Processing Times
Before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We’ll do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email once your order is dispatched and you can also check the status of your delivery by viewing Fulfilment Status in your account.
Signing For Your Purchase
You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are under your responsibility. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.
